My spouse, Urmila and myself would like to thank, JULIAN and ADAM, first name bases, with whom we shared personal conversation, lunches, and highly appreciate their intense work and expertise ,  they made to achieve this.

I certainly feel your team is an asset to the company, and should be rewarded and appreciated to have such employees.

I liked the cooperative efforts and understanding between Julian and Adam, working with integrity and understanding.

Dear Mike,

Your Company has completed a project for Pat and I and we would be remiss if not informing you of the work completed.

Firstly Ken came out and spoke with Pat who gave Ken an idea of what she wanted and the budget that she was willing to spend for a sun room and new deck. After a short period of time Ken returned with Phil who had a rough set of blue prints. These prints were exactly what was requested and within the stated budget. Everything came together very nicely in a short period of time. Phil and Ken were overseeing this project to its completion.

Next a crew came and dismantled the old deck. Then the crews came to start the new construction. All of these people working for you were very skilled professional personnel. They performed exceptional work and cleaned up daily and it was a pleasure observing the progress made each day. Some of the crew members present on site were Julian, Adam, Calebb, Brandon and Shane. I would state that Pioneer Window and Door can be very proud to have people such as these working for them.

Would you pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to these people for a job well done.

We are certainly enjoying the new sun room and deck.

"I’ll be happy to recommend Pioneer to others in the future. I initially got three estimates and although your estimate was not the least expensive and although the quality of window for all three would have been reasonably comparable in this price range (at least as far as the average consumer can tell), I went with Pioneer because it was a local company and because the initial conversations were very professional. As a woman, I often experience condescending treatment when talking with trades professionals but that wasn’t the case. I was further surprised when I was told that the measurements would be done by the owner. That spoke to me about the wish to “get it right”. The two installers were friendly and professional and explained options to me when an unexpected thing happened (as they do). They went out of their way to create a solution. I was also surprised when Dmitriy showed up to check on how things were going. Again, I had the sense that the outcome mattered not just to the installers but to the company. Finally, it was great to be able to open the windows properly and get some decent airflow through the upstairs!"
